主任醫(yī)師，醫(yī)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科及靜脈通路中心主任。

1990年畢業(yè)于北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)(現(xiàn)北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部)，獲醫(yī)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，畢業(yè)后即就職于北京腫瘤醫(yī)院，從事腫瘤外科臨床一線工作。1996年開始籌建腫瘤醫(yī)院唯一的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)并轉(zhuǎn)入重癥醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域工作，負(fù)責(zé)各種急危重癥患者的搶救治療以及高危人群的圍術(shù)期監(jiān)護(hù)治療工作。2007-2009年赴美國(guó)匹茲堡大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院重癥醫(yī)學(xué)系訪問(wèn)學(xué)習(xí)，對(duì)各系統(tǒng)的器官功能不全及衰竭有了更高的認(rèn)識(shí)和診治水平，尤其在呼吸治療、感染治療、急性腎損傷、創(chuàng)傷與免疫的關(guān)系等方面有較深的造詣。同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)醫(yī)院心肺復(fù)蘇的培訓(xùn)及教學(xué)工作。對(duì)多部位的動(dòng)脈、深靜脈置管尤其是鎖骨下靜脈的穿刺置管具有很高的操作技巧，對(duì)靜脈輸液港的植入有獨(dú)到的見解和技術(shù)。以第一作者和通訊作者在核心期刊及國(guó)外期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇，內(nèi)容涉及創(chuàng)傷與免疫、輸血與免疫、多原發(fā)大腸癌、感染與腎損傷、藥物與腎損傷、急性腎損傷的防治、靜脈血栓栓塞癥的防治、鎖骨下靜脈置管等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域，其中20篇被SCI收錄。參編、參譯專著多部。

主要社會(huì)兼職：北京大學(xué)重癥醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)系副主任，中國(guó)抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤重癥專委會(huì)副主委，北京抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤重癥專委會(huì)主任委員，中國(guó)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合學(xué)會(huì)周圍血管疾病專業(yè)委員會(huì)靜脈輸液通路專家委員會(huì)常委等十余項(xiàng)社會(huì)兼職。
