劉巍簡介

預約主任醫(yī)師

作為支持治療科及日間化療病區(qū)主任，三十多年來，一直從事腫瘤學臨床、教學和科研工作，具有豐富的臨床經驗和較強的科研能力，長期致力于常見惡性腫瘤內科診治、規(guī)范化、個體化及綜合治療，支持/姑息治療的臨床和基礎研究，取得了較為突出的成績。獲得國家自然科學基金以及省部級科研資助項目10余項，先后以第一作者/通訊作者在SCI索引期刊及專業(yè)核心期刊發(fā)表論文共計200余篇，擔任主編主譯著作6部。作為主研人獲得省部級科技進步二等獎/三等獎數項。教學工作上，追求嚴謹的治學作風，共培養(yǎng)博士研究生21名，碩士研究生49名。重視傳授腫瘤支持/姑息治療及人文關懷理念，受邀在全國及省市級別線上及線下大會進行支持/姑息治療/頭頸部腫瘤相關主題報告百余場，共同交流支持/姑息治療/頭頸部腫瘤治療新進展，牽頭舉辦多場腫瘤支持/姑息治療研討會及工作坊。…

近年來，探索并實施早期支持/姑息治療模式，將支持/姑息治療理念整合到日間抗腫瘤治療中，幫助腫瘤患者滿足身、心、社、靈需求及提升其生活質量，同時更好地為腫瘤患者提供醫(yī)療照護服務積累理論依據，團隊先后獲得國際癌癥支持協(xié)會(MASCC)指定的卓越癌癥支持治療中心，中國臨床腫瘤學會(CSCO)首批國家級腫瘤營養(yǎng)指導中心示范項目單位，全國首批化療引起惡心嘔吐(CINV)規(guī)范化管理示范單位等稱號。同時依托北京大學腫瘤醫(yī)院日間化療中心，倡導創(chuàng)立了由醫(yī)生、護師、藥師、營養(yǎng)師共同參與的多學科支持治療團隊，對每位有需求的患者進行綜合評價，并結合患者的經濟狀況、文化程度、患者和家屬的意愿及治療后可能對患者的社會狀況、心理所造成的影響等，制定適合個體及家庭的治療方案并做出有意義的探索和研究。

1、支持治療科診療范圍支持治療科以為各階段的癌癥患者提供緩解癥狀、減輕痛苦,改善生活質量為宗旨,主要針對手術或放化療后伴有不適癥狀(切口或造瘺口處理，疼痛,乏力,惡心,嘔吐，白細胞減低,骨髓抑制等干預和治療)，需要給予扶正,支持治療的患者,此外,無根治術及放化療指征，或不能耐受放化療不良反應的患者，以及在腫瘤一經發(fā)現(xiàn)即被告知晚期(廣泛轉移)的情況下，選擇以減輕或消除不適為…
