自1996年大學畢業(yè)以來，一直從事胃腸惡性腫瘤的外科學治療研究，及其相關的教學、科研工作。特別是在北京大學腫瘤醫(yī)院任職期間，重點從事結直腸癌的術前放療的研究工作。作為共同課題承擔人參加了多項國家自然基金、首發(fā)基金的科研工作。目前擔任中國抗癌協(xié)會大腸癌專業(yè)委員會青年委員，中國抗癌協(xié)會大腸癌專業(yè)委員會腹腔鏡學組委員,中華結直腸疾病電子雜志通訊編委。近年來，作為訪問學者，曾赴法國斯特拉斯堡市路易巴斯德大學附屬奧特-皮埃爾醫(yī)院肝膽外科從事臨床與科研工作。
