副教授,國家自然科學(xué)基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者
北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部博士畢業(yè)(2009)。北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)系副教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師。2012年入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”,2014年入選國家自然科學(xué)基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金。2013年獲北京市科協(xié)第12屆北京青年優(yōu)秀科技論文三等獎(乳腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展的遺傳與表觀遺傳機(jī)制研究)。

主要研究方向、成就
研究方向為腫瘤遺傳與表觀遺傳學(xué)??寺〔㈣b定了在乳腺癌中高表達(dá)的未知功能基因JFK,經(jīng)大規(guī)模篩選鑒定出JFK的第一個降解底物p53;探討了JFK識別底物p53的調(diào)控機(jī)制,解答了JFK在何種生理狀態(tài)下降解p53的科學(xué)問題。揭示了組蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD2B在常染色質(zhì)中的功能及在雌激素響應(yīng)的乳腺癌中對組蛋白密碼的協(xié)同調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制;揭示了ING4的第一個泛素連接酶復(fù)合體SCFJFK,闡釋了JFK-ING4-NF?B軸通過調(diào)控血管新生及上皮向間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化參與乳腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移的分子基礎(chǔ)和理論依據(jù);報道了p53羥基化這一全新化學(xué)修飾及其作用酶JMJD6在結(jié)腸癌發(fā)生發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理;揭示了組蛋白甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶SET8的蛋白水平可被microRNA緊密調(diào)控,探討miR-7下調(diào)SET8從而抑制乳腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移的表觀遺傳交互網(wǎng)絡(luò)。獲得中國發(fā)明專利2項。
