北京大學醫(yī)學部生化與分子生物學專業(yè)博士畢業(yè)(2002)，北京大學腫瘤醫(yī)院暨北京市腫瘤防治研究所副研究員、實驗動物室主任。2006年入選北京市科技新星計劃。以第一作者先后在《Plos ONE》、《BBA-grm》、《BMC Cancer》、《DNA and CELL》等期刊發(fā)表論著。獲得2項發(fā)明專利授權(quán)。

主要研究方向、成就

從事腫瘤和免疫調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)基因的表達調(diào)控，可變剪接體的克隆與剪接調(diào)控機制研究，探討其對腫瘤細胞和免疫細胞免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能的影響?？寺～@得了干擾素調(diào)節(jié)因子3多種新的可變剪接體，部分明確了新的可變剪接體的功能和剪接調(diào)控機制。制備了Latexin的單克隆抗體，并證明Latexin基因發(fā)揮了抑癌基因的功能。建立了克隆差異表達基因的新技術(shù)，克隆得到大蒜提取物二烯丙基三硫化物誘導人胃癌細胞差異表達的新基因。
